Hello and Happy Valentine’s Day to my favorite readers! I am probably more excited about this post than anything else I’ve ever shared with you on Blossoming Blonde.

That’s because it’s something I’m passionate about and have seen first-hand the harm that porn has on relationships and people. The strong impact the addiction has when it entirely consumes someone and it truly does kill love.

I’m so grateful for Fight the New Drug to be a wonderful resource in properly educating people on this destructive drug.

I find it so ironic that a movie like Fifty Shades of Grey came out on today of all days. A day to celebrate love and romance with those you cherish most.

A movie that if we support, we are supporting violence in relationships and saying it’s socially acceptable to happen. A movie that does just the opposite of celebrating true romance and affection with the people we love.

If you really love someone, then become a fighter and a part of the movement and share that #PORNKILLSLOVE.

If you don’t tell the people you love this, who will? Real men and women don’t need porn. I think that’s sexier than anything else I’ll see posted today.

And if you or someone you know is struggling with this, know that there are resources, programs and ways to get help and overcome this addiction. It’s never too late! FTND has you covered on this too. Check this out for help!

Please enjoy this day with your loved ones and become a fighter while you’re at it! Education is even more vital than ever in this crazy day and age we live in.
